Hulp bij Inloggen (See below for the English version)
- Gebruik het juiste apparaat
Volg de e-learning niet op een telefoon of tablet, maar op een laptop of desktop.
Gebruik ook geen Apple-apparaat, omdat Apple heeft ingesteld dat voice-overs niet automatisch starten.
→ Wil je toch een Apple gebruiken? Dat kan, maar dan moet je de audiobestanden steeds handmatig starten. - Controleer je verbinding en apparaat
Zorg voor:- Een stabiele internetverbinding
- Een opgeladen apparaat
- Ga naar de cursuspagina
- Klik in de menubalk op het één na laatste tabje: “online BHV cursus”.
- Je komt dan op een pagina met de titel “online BHV cursus”.
- Voer het wachtwoord in
- Vul het wachtwoord in dat je van ons of je werkgever/BHV-coördinator hebt gekregen.
- Voorbeeld: is het wachtwoord paardenbloem, vul dan in: paardenbloem (zonder aanhalingstekens).
- Klik daarna op het blauwe blokje Inloggen.
- Lees de welkomstpagina
- Je ziet nu de pagina: Welkom op de online omgeving van Cursuscentrum de Brug.
- Lees de uitleg op deze pagina goed door.
- Scrol daarna naar beneden en kies een module, bijvoorbeeld Basis reanimatie – BLS (inclusief AED).
- Klik op de blauwe balk onder deze tegel (lees verder of enroll now).
- Schrijf je in voor de module
- Je komt op een pagina waar staat: Huidige status: niet ingeschreven.
- Klik op de blauwe knop Login om in te schrijven.
- Log in op je account
- Je komt nu op de pagina Inloggen.
- Heb je eerder e-learning bij ons gevolgd? Vul dan je gebruikersnaam of e-mailadres in, en je eigen wachtwoord.
- ⚠️ Let op: dit is niet het wachtwoord uit stap 4.
- Zowel gebruikersnaam als wachtwoord zijn hoofdlettergevoelig.
- Volg je voor het eerst de e-learning bij ons? Kijk dan bij stap 11.
- Wachtwoord vergeten?
- Klik op Wachtwoord vergeten.
- Je ontvangt een e-mail op het adres dat je bij registratie hebt gebruikt.
- Check ook je spamfolder, afhankelijk van je e-mailinstellingen.
- Start de module
- Weet je je wachtwoord nog of heb je het opnieuw ingesteld?
- Klik op Inloggen en start de module.
- Problemen met wachtwoordherstel?
- Lukt het niet om je wachtwoord te resetten?
- Dan kun je je opnieuw registreren met een ander e-mailadres.
- Nieuwe gebruiker? Maak een account aan
- Volg je voor het eerst een e-learning bij ons? Klik dan op Registreer een account.
- Vul alle gevraagde gegevens in. Zo weten wij wie welke e-learning gevolgd heeft.
- Klik op de blauwe knop Registreren om de module te starten.
- Na afronding van een module
- Scrol naar boven en klik op Terug naar module overzicht.
- Je kunt dan een volgende module kiezen of uitloggen.
- Na afronding van alle modules
- Vergeet niet om uit te loggen (daar is een knop voor).
- Ben je vergeten uit te loggen en wil je na een jaar weer inloggen? Dan krijg je mogelijk de melding: Toegang tot deze module is verstreken.
- Log dan eerst uit en opnieuw in.
- Lukt dat niet? Dan kun je je opnieuw registreren met een ander e-mailadres.

Help with Logging In
- Device Requirements
Do not follow the e-learning on your phone or tablet, but on a laptop or desktop computer. Also, do not use an Apple device.
Apple’s system prevents voice-overs from playing automatically. It is possible to use an Apple device, but you’ll need to start the audio files manually each time. - Check Your Setup
Make sure you have:- A stable internet connection
- A fully charged device
- Accessing the Course Page
In the menu bar, click the second-to-last tab labeled “online BHV cursus”.
You’ll arrive at a page titled “online BHV cursus”. - Entering the Password
Enter the password you received from us (either directly or through your employer/BHV coordinator).
For example, if the password is paardenbloem, enter paardenbloem (without quotation marks).
Then click the blue Login button. - Read the Welcome Page
You will now be on the page: Welcome to the online environment of Cursuscentrum de Brug.- Read the information on this page.
- Scroll down and choose the module you want to start with, e.g., Basic Resuscitation – BLS (including AED).
- Click the blue bar below that tile (it says read more or enroll now).
- Enroll in the Module
You will be taken to a page that says: Current status: not enrolled.- Click the blue button Login to enroll.
- Log In to Your Account
You are now on the Login page.- If you’ve done e-learning with us before, log in with your username or email address and your personal password.
- ⚠️ This is not the password from step 4.
- Passwords are case-sensitive, so watch out for capital letters.
- Are you following our e-learning for the first time? Please go to step 11.
- Forgot Your Password?
- Click Forgot password.
- You’ll receive an email at the address used during registration.
- Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t show up in your inbox.
- Start the Module
- Once you’ve logged in or reset your password, click Login to start the module.
- If You Can’t Reset Your Password
- You can register again using a different email address.
- First-Time Users: Create an Account
- If this is your first time doing an e-learning with us, click Register an account.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Click the blue Register button to start the module.
- After Completing a Module
- Scroll to the top and click Return to module overview.
- You can then start another module or log out.
- After Finishing All Modules
- Don’t forget to log out (there’s a button for this).
- If you forget to log out and try to log in again after a year, you may see a message saying: Access to this module has expired.
- Simply log out and back in again.
- If that doesn’t work, you can always register again with a different email address.
